IAS Announces Improved Customer Service Capabilities for its Agent and Dealer Partners

First and foremost, IAS has launched IAS CONNECT, the new one-stop shop portal for all IAS dealers and agents. Unlike the functionality currently available on iasdirect.com, IAS CONNECT brings a variety of services together in one place. So, no more remembering where to go for all the different services dealers and agents use to serve their customers. Through IAS CONNECT, users will be able to perform an array of tasks all in one easy-to-navigate site via computer or smartphone. IAS CONNECT gives users with appropriate permissions access to contract details and claim history, new and pending claims, cancellations, creation and remittance of electronic contracts, supply orders, sample forms, training and installation videos, and more. Currently, IAS CONNECT is limited to ancillary products but we plan to roll out VSC functionality later this year. We'll also be adding a host of other changes with the goal of eliminating unnecessary phone calls and wasted time.

You can access IAS CONNECT by visiting https://connect.iasdirect.com. If you already have a username and password for iasdirect.com, your login information will remain the same for IAS CONNECT. Additionally, we have created a User's Guide that will help you navigate the most common IAS Connect tasks. The existing functionality on iasdirect.com will remain in place for now, but eventually will be removed.

In addition to the launch of IAS CONNECT, we're excited to announce an even higher service level for Tire & Wheel, Key Replacement, Dent & Ding, and Windshield claims. As always, the fastest and most efficient method for filing online claims is through IAS CONNECT, but when you do need to reach us by phone, starting August 7 our claims hours for the products above will be 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST.
